Cancellation Policy
• If you need to reschedule please take time to do so within 24hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• Last minute / Same day cancellation will be required to pay 100% of the price of the scheduled appointment.
• No-show clients will be required to pay 100% of the price of the scheduled appointment.
• Late Appointments:
I must keep myself and my clients on schedule. If you are 10 minutes late , your appointment may need to be shortened, or if not possible you will still be responsible for the full cost. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your responsible for the appointment in full.
I understand that there are times when emergencies arise or you have family/work obligations and I would be happy to reschedule your appointment if necessary. If I am able to fill your appointment slot, the fee will be waived.
